At JERSEY VAULT, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your jersey doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely package your jersey.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the original tags are still attached and the garment is in its original polybag.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our vault team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
